Our ideal candidate is a persuasive champion. He/she will have solid listening skills and communication skills, and will thrive in a fast-paced environment. A proven track record in business-to-business sales is a plus, but we will train the right person.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Our new business development professional shortens the complex sales cycle, creates a great first impression, and is skilled at building awareness and gaining commitment via the telephone.
- Initiates targeted outbound calls to potential clients
- Delivers benefit statements, handles objections and apprehensions
- Presents key selling points, as well as the features and benefits, while focusing their
presentation on the prospect’s needs and expectations
- Effectively uncovers dormant needs and influences the prospect into exploring alternative options.
- Consistently moves the prospect towards commitment
- Ensures a superior sales experience for the prospect
- Manages and maintains a detailed pipeline of prospective clients through documentation of activities and records results on each outbound call
- Demonstrates persistence, overcomes obstacles, and strives to improve skills and achieve goals
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- BS or equivalent
- Strong command of the English language
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong ability to work independently while working toward a team goal
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A desire to achieve results and develop communication skills
