About us

 

Founded by Julie Lahart Fergus in May 2001, Lahart Fergus, Inc. was created to allow salespeople the opportunity to focus on selling. As a successful salesperson herself, Julie knew first hand that the only way a sales professionals can become successful is by spending their time speaking to prospective clients rather than spending the majority of their time on the phone setting appointments. Julie recognized the value of providing a service that generated executive level sales meetings for sales consultants and would therefore create greater efficiency and productivity for her clients.

In October of 2001, Tony Ghafouri joined LFI as Partner and Executive Vice President. LFI continued to develop as a idea-driven company, offering high-end, value-added services that exceeded all customer expectations. Through a proprietary, proven methodology, LFI has flourished as the premiere executive sales support outsourcing firm specializing in the employee health Bbnefits, commercial risk and retirment plan services. Lahart Fergus has expanded its outsourcing services to include recruitment process outsourcing services.
